RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus taxes and fees is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged automatically prior to arrival using the payment method on file, or at check-in if not prepaid. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our Cloudbeds payment gateway. Cash is not accepted for reservations.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is permitted up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable. Early departures are non-refundable. No-shows are charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be pre-approved and may incur a fee. Unapproved late check-outs are subject to additional charges. A valid government-issued ID matching the reservation name is required at check-in.

OCCUPANCY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Each room has a maximum occupancy limit based on room type. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in eviction without refund. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.

HOUSEKEEPING AND CLEANING
A one-time cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Mid-stay cleaning and linen refresh service is available for an additional fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the room requires excessive cleaning, stain removal, or odor remediation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES
A refundable security deposit hold may be placed on your credit card before arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after checkout. Applicable charges will be processed using the payment method on file.

SMOKING AND NOISE POLICY
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. A $300 smoke remediation fee will be charged for violations. Fin’s Inn uses noise and smoke monitoring sensors (non-recording) to ensure a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

PETS
Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees or eviction.

PARKING
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fin’s Inn is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal items.

PERSONAL PROPERTY AND SAFETY
Fin’s Inn is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal belongings left behind. Guests are responsible for securing valuables and locking doors.

MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS
Fin’s Inn staff may enter rooms to perform urgent repairs, routine maintenance, or safety checks as permitted by law. Whenever possible, notice will be provided.

FORCE MAJEURE
Fin’s Inn is not responsible for refunds or damages caused by events outside our control including weather, natural disasters, power outages, local emergencies, or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is recommended.

GUEST AGREEMENT
By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, rules, and financial responsibilities outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
